CHEYENNE, Wyo. – The ReRide Cheyenne program kicks off the 2018 Summer Season on Sunday, April 15 at 2 pm with a historic downtown tour. The Cheyenne Downtown Development Authority/Main Street encourages residents and visitors to call 307-433-9730 to sign up for the kick off event as the space is limited to 20 participants. Tour participants will meet at the Depot Plaza to get their ReRide bikes, and free tour tickets which will also serve as a coupon to use at participating downtown businesses. The tour will start shortly after gathering and will showcase key structures and neighborhoods that are up-and-coming in and near downtown.

Upon the kick-off event, residents and visitors will be able to utilize the free program with 40 bikes spread around seven locations throughout downtown and central Cheyenne.

Re-Ride launched in 2016 to bring a free bike share program for the Cheyenne Community during summer months. The program is funded by DDA/Main Street in partnership with local business, Rock on Wheels, who supplies maintenance and monitoring of the program, as well as with City of Cheyenne to store the bikes during winter months.
