Vicki D. Dugger
With a B.A. in Art and a Master’s in Planning, Vicki brings a creative yet analytical approach to downtown development. Her prior experience in downtown development includes running local Main Street programs in Oklahoma and Oregon, as well as leading the Oregon Downtown Development Association for eleven years where she facilitated 120 downtown planning projects throughout Oregon, Montana, Washington and Idaho. A new resident to Cheyenne, Vicki believes that downtown is ready to “pop” as a thriving, inviting live/work/play destination and is looking forward to helping this vision come to fruition.
Desiree grew up in Greeley, CO and has lived in Cheyenne for three years. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Art Education from the University of Northern Colorado and teaches community art classes throughout the city. She joined the Downtown Development Authority/Main Street in July, 2015. As Program Manager and an advocate for the arts, she is excited to aid in the success and development of a thriving downtown environment.
Fatma grew up in Turkey, spent a few years living in England and moved to Cheyenne a little over a year ago. She has worked for various industries including education, management and public relations consulting services. She’s a travel addict and loves going on hikes, and sharpening her snowboarding skills. She has a BA in Business Administration and recently received her Master’s in Management with Public Relations Specialization from the University of Maryland University College. She is looking forward to applying her diverse and cross-cultural background into communicating with the Cheyenne community in her role as the Marketing Coordinator with DDA/Main Street.
Esther O. Gonzales
Esther is a native Texan but lived many years in Winston Salem, NC and recently moved to Cheyenne with her husband Patrick Gonzales and son Raith Luke Bennalick, a member of the WANG. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Women’s Studies and Organizational Theory from Salem College; the oldest women’s college in the United States. She previously attended Incarnate Word College in San Antonio Texas with a scholarship in Piano Studies. She began her career working in corporate America with Sara Lee Hanes Brand, Inc and RJR Nabisco, Inc. She founded Domestics, LLC in 1998, Bennalick Rentals in 2007 and acquired American Home Cleaning, LLC in 2009. She joined the DDA in July of 2017 and is thrilled to be part of an exciting team and board. She believes that every life has a purpose in this world and by believing in that and she would like to give to her new city by leaving everlasting mark that will benefit for generations to come.
