Accomplice Prep Cook

Prep Cook – AKA – Quality Control Guru
Cheyenne Accomplice, Laramie Accomplice

Our Prep Cook Must:

1. Be Clean, work clean, wear clean clothes, and keep our facility clean
2. Be Transparent with their words & actions. If you do not know, ask. If you do know then share.
3. Be positive, have fun & bring your Sparkle with you to Accomplice every shift.

The Prep Cook will:

1. Execute prep recipes to the T!
2. Manage time and multitask.
3. Maintaining a clean and consistent work station, practicing safe and ethical food handling procedures.
4. Willing and able to clean, clean, clean!
5. Deep clean regularly to ensure the health of our kitchen and its equipment.
6. Report to Kitchen Manager for all responsibilities, questions and concerns. If applicable, report to Shift Lead.

Skills necessary to the job function are as follows:

1. Food service execution
2. Memorization of Accomplice glossaries
3. Understanding and compliance with company policies
4. Finding and assisting in money-saving alternatives
5. Supporting and maintaining the Core Purpose of Accomplice

Competencies necessary to the job function are as follows:

1. Back of House experience preferred
2. Good time-management
3. Clear communication
4. Professional conduct
5. Teamwork with the BOH team
