Bartender – AKA – Dispensers of Joy
Cheyenne Accomplice, Laramie Accomplice

Our Bartenders Must:

1. Be Clean, work clean, wear clean clothes, and keep our facility clean
2. Be Transparent with their words & actions. If you do not know, ask. If you do know then share.
3. Be positive, have fun & bring your Sparkle with you to Accomplice every shift.

The Bartender will:

1. Excel in quality customer service with a can-do attitude and charming demeanor.
2. Be attentive to the bar and attend to the needs of the customer.
3. Take orders from customers.
4. Pour and mix drinks according to the recipes of Accomplice, at the direction of the Bar Manager, and at the customer’s request.
5. Pour and mix drinks minimizing waste.
6. ID customers to ensure age ability to drink alcohol.
7. Interact with POS system to enter orders and keep tabs for customers.
8. Prioritize and enact food and drink safety as lined out in the Policies & Procedures.
9. Have an intimate knowledge of Accomplice’s drink menu and its recipes, and a working knowledge of other well-known drinks and mixed-drinks.
10. Manage on-hand inventory behind the bar in real time.
11. Manage tap system in real time.
12. Be prepared to answer customer questions about Accomplice’s drink menu.
13. Recognize when to cut off a customer and refer customer to Bar Manager or if applicable, Lead Bartender.
14. Assist in general upkeep and cleaning schedules of the bar and the FOH.
15. Report to the Bar Manager for all responsibilities, questions and concerns. If applicable, report to Lead Bartender.
