Join Steph (RYT 200hr) for Black Tooth Cheyenne’s first Yoga Series! Bring a friend, a loved one, or your beautiful self…..

PRICE: $20.00 PER PERSON (1 hour yoga flow and 1 beer) *Cash or CC accepted on day of the event*

Regarding Covid19 restrictions, masks are required when entering the building, going to the restroom, walking around the taproom, etc. However, masks can be removed while on your mat. Please bring your own mat and props. Our taproom has plenty of space to spread out so that your mats are at least 6 feet apart from one another. Sanitizing liquid and rags will be available for all individuals to clean their mats, including hand sanitizing stations. Hands-on alignment/adjustments will not be provided due to obvious Covid19 reasons.

Enjoy an ALL LEVELS Vinyasa-style flow for an hour (performing various poses with a breath-to-movement focus) while feeling the warmth of our sunny taproom and positive energy surrounding your mat. *Pose modifications & safety cues provided throughout flow*

For 10 minutes following the flow, relax while Steph leads you through a guided meditation with progressive muscle relaxation immediately following Shavasana (relaxation pose at the end of the flow). Because, let’s be honest, we are all a little stressed and tense!

After meditation kick back and chat with friends while enjoying a Black Tooth brew or get a beer token instead for a future visit! We can’t wait to flow with you!
