Restorative Yoga is a healing practice for the body and the mind. It is intended to help cultivate relaxation and self-soothing skills and regulate the body’s stress response. The practice helps to reset and balance the central nervous system, relieving some of the effects of chronic stress. Feeling a little low? Stressed? Worn out? This is the practice for you!
Join Jill Lovato, MS, E-RYT for ninety minutes of relaxation, rest, and release. Jill will guide you through a handful of restorative yoga postures with special attention to prop placement for your individual body with the intention of complete tension release and relaxation.

Investment: $15 for Kula members, $20 for non-members
