We have equipment such as blankets and mats, but please feel free to bring an especially cozy blanket, neck support or eye pillow.
Natalie has a M.Ed. (Psychology) from Harvard University and has completed a 200-hour YA Yoga Teacher Training and an 800-hour Yoga Alliance accredited certification. She obtained additional training and certifications in Warriors at Ease, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga for 12 Step Recovery, IRest Level 1, “I Am Yoga Nidra” Certified, Amrit Institute.
