Theresa Hansen, ERYT and owner of Little Lotus Yoga will guide you through 1 hour of Vinyasa Yoga. This practice is suitable for all levels. Following your practice she will treat you to 1 deliciously, locally crafted pint.
This practice will be outdoors so please plan accordingly and bring a yoga mat.
