Shobana is a mental health professional who is deeply passionate about social justice, radical self compassion and creating a platform that is accessible to everyone and free of prejudice. Her meditation is rooted in concepts of non judgement, meeting you where you are, learning from each other and kindness towards the self. Sessions are typically interactive and is an invitation for folks to have/utilize that space dedicated to practicing self compassion and loving kindness towards yourself and others
