Join RYT, Travis Posthumus for a Yoga Nidra practice. This practice will be an hour and a half so you can reap all the benefits.
Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep in modern terminology is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the “going-to-sleep” stage (hypnagogia), typically induced by a guided meditation. The Yoga Nidra is mentioned in the Upanishads and the Mahabharata.
Come prepared to rest and leave energized.
