First Impressions Manager @ TROPHY Creative

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls

  • Greet in-store customers
  • Schedule incoming orders via phone calls, emails and in person.
  • Become familiar with product and pricing structure
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers
  • Keep the showroom neat and assist with merchandising
  • Accept payments in the form of cash, check or card
  • Assist production staff with order invoicing
  • Place calls and emails to remind customers of completed product

Required Qualities:

  • Basic graphic design skills
  • Enjoy people
  • Attention to Detail is a must
  • Comfortable with phone, email and in-person communications
  • Familiar with basic office equipment and comfortable learning new software programs
  • Ability to listen and help identify what someone is looking for, even if they don’t always quite know themselves
  • Enjoy eating breakfast burritos at least once a month.
  • Enjoy being creative (after all – it’s in our name!)

    Pay Range: $11.00/hour
