First Impressions Manager @ TROPHY Creative

Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls
- Greet in-store customers
- Schedule incoming orders via phone calls, emails and in person.
- Become familiar with product and pricing structure
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers
- Keep the showroom neat and assist with merchandising
- Accept payments in the form of cash, check or card
- Assist production staff with order invoicing
- Place calls and emails to remind customers of completed product

Required Qualities:
- Basic graphic design skills
- Enjoy people
- Attention to Detail is a must
- Comfortable with phone, email and in-person communications
- Familiar with basic office equipment and comfortable learning new software programs
- Ability to listen and help identify what someone is looking for, even if they don’t always quite know themselves
- Enjoy eating breakfast burritos at least once a month.
- Enjoy being creative (after all – it’s in our name!)
