Because of this, we are looking for one awesome person to support the very busy Owners of the Company, who brings Sales Team building and managing skills to the forefront. This is where you come in.

IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL BE:

  • Recruiting, training and maintaining your Sales Team
  • Managing to achieve and exceed target closing ratio
  • Managing to maintain and exceed target average job size
  • Assisting Company with lead generation
  • Holding weekly meetings with each Sales Rep
  • Assigning leads and other activities for your Sales Team
  • Managing that all sales appointments are attended, and on time
  • Running Sales Appointments to cover Sales Rep absence, if needed * Assisting your Sales Team with tech. equipment and other tools, supplies as needed

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 7 years of overall sales experience
  • Experience in D2D sales
  • 5 years of in-home sales experience
  • 2 years of management experience
  • 2 years of recruiting experience
  • Creativity and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Must be able to climb ladder and perform roof inspections
  • Valid driver’s license*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,260.00 – $156,589.00 per year

Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay

Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
