What is the Banner Program?
As part of an ongoing effort to enhance downtown’s identity and visual appeal, the Cheyenne Downtown Development Authority (DDA) has partnered with Arts Cheyenne to launch a unified banner program that reflects the character and history of Cheyenne across the 200 banners displayed throughout the Downtown District.
To bring this vision to life, local artists are invited to submit original designs in alignment with the curent year’s theme.
The selected artists will develop individual designs that can be adapted into banner-ready formats for installation throughout the Downtown District.
