Guided by the Plan of Development, the five “catalyst projects” below have been identified as top priorities for advancing the Plan.
Spanning redevelopment efforts, streetscape enhancements, and pedestrian safety improvements, these priority projects reflect both current investment in the area and coordination with City departments and partner agencies.
